The Alabama State Fair is being re-born in 2008 at the beautiful Verizon Wireless Music Center in Pelham, Alabama.

From September 19 thru 28th, The Alabama State Fair marches back into Southern Alabama at the Verizon Center in Pelham. Eager fairgoers can ride rides, watch circus thrill shows, enjoy pig races, meet unusual commercial exhibitors, and sample great fair food. Motorcycle daredevils will jump and turn back flips in midair, monkeys ride dogs around a race track, jugglers and stilt walkers entertain, and much more. Nightly, popular musical acts perform on the main stage.
